Prof.Jianjun YinJackson State University, USA

Research field:  Engineering education and multicultural education

Dr. Jianjun Yin is a Professor of Education in the Department of Elementary and Early Childhood Education. Dr. Yin started his professional at Jackson State University in 1999, where he has been a full-time faculty member dedicated to teaching, research and service in the areas of early childhood and elementary education, engineering education and multicultural education. Dr Yin has extensive experiences and expertise working with both pre-service and in-service teachers, elementary and middle school students and their parents. As a certified evaluator of Mississippi teacher performance, Dr. Yin has worked as a clinical supervisor for more than twenty-five years and his work revolves largely around promoting teacher quality and instructional effectiveness. He has directed seven (7) National Science Foundation (NSF) grants, a service learning grant to assist College of Science, Engineering and Technology (CSET) students getting into math and engineering fields. Dr. Yin has worked as liaison between Yahoo Public Schools, Jackson Public Schools and Jackson State University and facilitated efforts among the participating organizations. During the past 25 years, Dr. Yin has published amply in international and professional peer-refereed journals in the areas of engineering education, reading, elementary and early childhood education and education for minority children and youth. As a doctoral adviser, Dr. Yin has directed numerous dissertations, theses and Education Specialist projects and published with both junior faculty and graduate students.

Prof. Shuai Liu, HunanNormal University,China 

Research field:  Intelligent educational technology, Educational information processing, etc.

Liu Shuai, male, born in 1982, Professor, Ph.D, Doctoral supervisor. His main research directions are intelligent educational technology, educationalinformation processing, etc.

Professor Liu Shuai presided over and participated in the completion of several national science/social science funds, published more than 80 high-level papers in such journals as Inf Fus, Inf Sci, IEEE TFS/TMM/TITS/Re, and IEEE IOTJ, and was cited more than 6000 times in total. He was selected into the 2021-2023 World Top 2% Scientists List (Stanford University), and the papers were awarded the 2021 China's 100 Most Influential International Journal Papers (Institute of Scientific and Technical Information of China, 2022), etc.

Professor Liu Shuai is an EAI Fellow, an outstanding member of the China Computer Federation, a senior member of the Chinese Institute of Electronics, a member of the CCF Education Special Committee, a director of the Hunan Computer Society/Artificial Intelligence Society, and a deputy director of the Education Working Committee of the Hunan Artificial Intelligence Society.



Prof. Zuxiang Li, Nantong University, China

Research field:  Digital textbook research,Digitization of basic education

Prof. Zuxiang Li, born in Xining, Hunan Province, Doctor of Education, professor, director of Curriculum Materials Institute of Nantong University, master tutor. He received a Master's degree in education in 1998 and a Doctor's degree in education in 2007. In 2011, he was a visiting student at La Trobe University in Australia for 3 months. He has been studying primary and secondary school curriculum and textbooks for a long time. In recent years, he has paid attention to and studied situational education. He has presided over the National Education Science Planning Project, the General Project of Humanities and Social Sciences of the Ministry of Education, the Major Project of Jiangsu University Philosophy Community, and the 2011 Collaborative Innovation Platform Project of Beijing, etc. He has published more than 60 academic papers in journals such as China Education Journal and Education Development Research. Many of them have been reproduced by the People's Congress photocopying materials, and four monographs and one textbook have been published. He won the first prize of the fifth National Education Science Research Outstanding Achievements, the second prize of the eighth Scientific Research Outstanding Achievements of universities (humanities and Social Sciences), and the second prize of national higher education teaching achievements in 2018.

Prof. Xiaolong Qian, Nantong University, China

Research field:  Online education、Digitization of education、Teaching system design、International and Comparative education

Qian Xiaolong, a native of Haimen, Jiangsu Province, is a professor at the College of Education Science at Nantong University, a doctoral tutor, a doctoral candidate in Higher Education from Nanjing University, and a postdoctoral researcher in Education Economics and Management at Nanjing University. He has also been a visiting scholar at the University of California, Irvine. His research interests include open educational resources, university courses and teaching, and international comparative education. In the past five years, he has published over 50 academic papers in CSSCI source journals, with six of them being reprinted in full by Renmin Faxing, and one being reprinted in full by Xinhua Wenbao. He has also served as the principal investigator for national social science fund key project, national educational science planning project, China Postdoctoral Science Foundation project, and key project of higher education research in Jiangsu province. He has published two monographs and co-authored two books. He has won the Award for Academic Newcomer of Doctoral Graduates of the Ministry of Education, the National Postgraduate Scholarship for Doctoral Students, the title of Excellent Postdoctoral Researcher of Nanjing University, and the title of the New Star of Educational Informatization in China in the second national educational informatization annual award. He is also a special researcher at Jiangsu Research Institute of Contextual Education, an external reviewer for Remote Education Magazine, an external reviewer for Open Education Research, and a researcher at the Institute of Course and Teaching at Nanjing University.



Prof. Rustam Shadiev, Zhejiang University, China

Research areas: Advanced learning technology, Speech to text recognition technology, computer aided translation, multimedia learning systems, multi-touch technology, intercultural education and language learning, mobile assisted learning, open and distance learning, etc.


Prof. Rustam Shadiev earned his Ph.D. in Network Learning Technology from National Central University in 2012. He is currently a Tenured Professor at the College of Education, Zhejiang University, Hangzhou, China, specializing in advanced learning technologies for language learning and cross-cultural education. Prof. Shadiev is a Fellow of the British Computer Society and a Senior Member of the Institute of Electrical and Electronics Engineers (IEEE). In 2019, he was honored with the title of Distinguished Professor of Jiangsu Province, China. Further, he has been recognized as one of the most cited Chinese researchers in the field of education by Elsevier, Scopus, and Shanghai Rating for four consecutive years, from 2020 to 2023.

Assoc. Prof. Dongzhao Wu, Nantong University, China

Research field:  Teacher education digitization, online education

Wu Dongzhao, male, born in Changzhou, Jiangsu Province, Vice Dean of School of Education Science, Doctor, associate professor, master supervisor, Jiangsu Advanced Typical Research Center of Humanities and Social Sciences Research Base of Jiangsu Universities, Research Institute of Educational Leadership and Management of Nantong University, Research Institute of Vocational Education and Regional Development of Nantong University. He is also a certified professional expert of Jiangsu Provincial Education Evaluation Institute and an expert of Jiangsu Provincial audit Evaluation. He has presided over 1 National Social Science Fund Education Youth project, 4 provincial and ministerial projects such as Jiangsu Graduate Teaching Reform key topics and Jiangsu Educational Science Planning. Published 18 academic papers in high-level journals such as Fudan Education Forum, China Education Journal, and Education Development Research, among which 1 was reprinted in full by Renmin University photocopy materials, and 2 decision-making consulting reports were adopted by the Department of Social Science of the Ministry of Education, winning 1 second prize of National Teaching Achievement Award (higher education category), and 1 third prize of Jiangsu Education Research Research results. The 13th Jiangsu Province universities philosophy and social science research achievements of the third prize 1, Nantong City philosophy and social science outstanding achievements of the first prize, the third prize 1.


Assoc. Prof. Xu Fang, Nantong University, China

Research field: Education Digitalisation and Artificial Intelligence Education

Xu Fang, an associate professor and tutor of master students in the College of Education Science of Nantong University, is engaged in the research work of digital education and artificial intelligence education. He has published more than 60 academic papers in domestic and foreign journals, including 1 SSCI source journal, 15 CSSCI source journals, 25 core journals of Peking University, and 6 academic monographs in Science Press, People's Publishing House, China Social Sciences Press and Jilin University Press. He has presided over more than 20 general projects, including the National Social Science Fund, key projects of the National Education Examination and Scientific Research Planning Project, online education fund of the Ministry of Education, social science fund of Jiangsu Province, social science fund of Henan Province, key R&D and promotion plan of Henan Province (soft science project) and social science fund of Gansu Province. He won the third prize for outstanding achievements in philosophy and social sciences in Jiangsu province, the second prize for outstanding achievements in philosophy and social sciences in Nantong city, the first prize for outstanding scientific research achievements in educational science planning in Henan province and the second prize for outstanding scientific research achievements in Gansu province. He is young editors of Journal of Hubei Normal University (Philosophy and Social Science Edition), Journal of Southwest Petroleum University (Social Science Edition) and Journal of China West Normal University (Social Science Edition). At present, he is an expert in the expert database of the National Social Science Fund, and a reviewer of many source journals of CSSCI, SSCI and Peking University Core, such as 《Open Education Research》, 《Modern Distance Education Research》, 《distance education journal》, 《Computer Engineering》 and 《Current Psychology》.
